  I ordered a Citizen watch on Sunday evening. By 9.30 the following Tuesday it was on my wrist. I had to email Peter over a particular matter which he duly responded to immediately. The purchase price was also by far the best on the net. I have found Simpkin Jewellers to be absolutely brilliant and would gladly purchase from them again. Thank you again Peter.

  Sam Fiske, We have checked our records and can find no repairs left in your name in the last 12 months. However be aware that when rings are sized that they oxidise. To remove this we need to polish the ring, which can mean the item being slightly lighter than when it was originally left. Our repairer has over twenty years of experience and will always do his best to minimise the amount of weight lost during polishing. We also guarantee our repairs for twelve months.
